Kiwi-Cucumber Smoothie Recipe

You may think that this smoothie and yesterday’s look similar and is probably the same picture. It’s not. I promise you that this is not the same! But I thought another green smoothie recipe with a completely different delicious taste won’t hurt. It goes that green because of spinach but there’s no taste of it like I mentioned before. This gives one generous serving and yes, I had it all!


  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 frozen banana
  • a handful of spinach
  • a little mint
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 cup of coconut water

What’s next?

  • Blend, blend, blend.

This is a refreshing one with minty taste to definitely wake you up! If you’re not the kinda person to eat mint, cucumber, spinach and others, these kinda smoothies will help you to take those wonderful food items in! This one is thinner in consistency than yesterday’s because of all the water from the ingredients.
